Commission Overview:

Following the launch of Nanit’s new baby monitor system, a commission was secured to brand the central Atrium window display in the Baby and Nursery department of the flagship John Lewis store on Oxford Road, London. Utilising CGI Renders, we successfully translated the digital concept into a real-world environment with 100% accuracy.

Display Success and Extension:

Initially planned to be in-store for four weeks, the display exceeded expectations, leading to its extension for an additional month due to its remarkable success. The comprehensive display featured graphics, display plinths, props, and live products, all meticulously secured to prevent theft.

Processes:

1. Site Survey and Measurement Validation:
– Conducted a thorough site survey to ensure accurate measurements, validating and updating as required to ensure precise execution.

2. Material and Fixing Specification:

– Specified and produced all materials and fixings, ensuring full compliance with John Lewis Partnership (JLP) regulations to meet the store’s standards.

3. Graphics, Props, and Furniture Sourcing:
– Identified, sourced, and supplied graphics, props, and furniture in alignment with the brand vision and store aesthetics.

4. Installation Over Weekends:
– Executed the installation during out-of-hours weekends to minimize disruption to the store’s regular operations while ensuring a seamless display setup.

5. Strip Out and Restoration:
– Conducted a thorough strip-out process after the display duration, ensuring the area was left in the same condition as when the display was initially installed.

Outcome:

The Nanit Atrium Display at John Lewis became a focal point in the Baby and Nursery department, effectively showcasing the new baby monitor system. The extension of the display period highlighted its success in capturing customer attention and fostering brand engagement within the prestigious flagship store. The meticulous planning, precise execution, and compliance with JLP regulations contributed to the overall success of the project.
